Harbor Stalking, Honolulu Style

During my recent trip to Hawaii, I was able to take in the fascinating sights and sounds of life around the boat slips of Ala Wai Harbor on several different occasions.. Ala Wai is just a little over a mile west of Waikiki Beach.

Shot of harbor entrance. Across the bay is Ala Mona Park & Beach. Taken about an hour before sunset one evening.

These 2 shots were taken within the boat slips of the marina.  They have been manipulated in Adobe to emphasize the masts and guidelines of the yachts at rest along the docks.

The final 2 shots are of a huge school of jelly fish that showed among the boat slips late one afternoon.
